MCS Choreography Samples

A piece of contemporary choreography to “Let it Be”, a stylized lyrical to “Falling Slowly” both broken down and then performed, a quick-paced jazz section of “Welcome to the Black Parade”, and a few counts of eight done in heels to “Breakin Dishes”...all performed by Taryn Ohashi.  Don’t miss a single one!

Floorwork Ideas

Here are a few ideas you can use for your choreography performed by Jessie Guerrero.   It is mainly floorwork for intermediate/advanced dancers, but you can use it to start to give your younger dancers new material. Includes: calypso, “superman”, over-the-toes, and swedish falls. Enjoy!
